I’ve been in lifting
for my entire career, starting with delivering spreader bars and fuel to job sites, and moving into my current position in 2007. Today I oversee the day-to-day operations in our Portland Division, working closely with customers, dispatch, and crews to keep everyone in sync, finding that happy place where you have the right people and the right equipment for the job. That takes a serious commitment to customer service. I have two key goals: to strengthen our relationships with customers while growing our customer base; and to strengthen our employees through mentoring and training. We all have the same vision—to live up to our position as the #1 northwest crane and rigging company
by doing every job safely, efficiently, and with integrity. We all believe in being transparent and accountable in everything we do, whether in the field or on the leadership team. And we all try to lead by example. We like to have a few laughs along the way, which helps keep things in perspective. We have regular get-togethers, like leadership and safety meetings and company-wide socials. There’s nothing better than getting together with employees to thank them for what they do, day in and day out. I’m proud to have been given the opportunity to be a manager at this company, and never forget where I’ve come from.
